Medallion Necklace Warranty Policy
At Medallion Necklace, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. To give you complete peace of mind, we offer two levels of protection: our Lifetime Warranty Protection Plan for engraved items and our Limited-Time Warranty for non-engraved items.
Lifetime Warranty Protection Plan – $17.99-
Add a lifetime of protection to your engraved pieces for just $17.99. This plan ensures your jewelry is covered against any manufacturing defects for the lifetime of your item, starting from the original date of purchase.
Limited-Time Warranty – 1 Year-
Every non-engraved item automatically comes with a 1-year Limited-Time Warranty, protecting your jewelry against manufacturing defects, including color tarnishing or image damage, when proper care instructions have been followed. If an issue arises within this period, you are eligible for a replacement.
What the Warranty Covers-
- Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Coverage valid for the duration of the plan (Lifetime or 1 Year, depending on your purchase)
What the Warranty Does Not Cover-
Our warranty does not cover damage or loss caused by:
- Negligence, accidents, or misuse
- Theft, robbery, burglary, or vandalism
- Fire, flood, or natural disasters
- Items not in the original purchaser’s possession
- Modifications (such as stabilizing, beads, spring shanks, arthritic shanks)
How to File a Warranty Claim-
- Proof of Purchase – Provide a clear copy of your purchase receipt.

Submit a Claim – Email support@medallionnecklace.com
with a clear video showing the defect. -
Review – Our Quality Control team will evaluate your claim. If approved, we will arrange for repair or replacement.
Replacement Options-
- Return & Replace – Ship the defective item to our warehouse (return shipping at customer’s cost), and we’ll send you a brand-new replacement free of charge.

Keep & Replace – Keep the defective item and simply pay a $15 shipping and handling fee to receive a replacement.
If Your Claim Is Not Approved-
Should your warranty claim not meet the eligibility requirements, we will provide you with available repair solutions along with any applicable charges.
