TRACKING YOUR PARCEL

After you place your order, we will get ready and send your order to our production team in 48 hours. Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. Or messaged via SMS if the phone number is added to your order. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder.

Medallion Necklace will replace your order if your package get damaged during shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavor to update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer to your tracking for further info.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to support@medallionnecklace.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Medallion Necklace provides a 7-day return policy on all products delivery based on the below criteria except special order items. If any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simple notify us by e-mail (support@medallionnecklace.com) and we will immediately issue a return address with detailed instruction.

IMPORTANT: All sales items are final and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges paid initially will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error.

The following terms must be met by you:

If you have an issue upon receiving the goods (faulty or damaged), kindly snap pictures of damaged goods and submit a support ticket to Customer Care for us to follow up with your case. Please contact us within 7 Business days of receiving the parcel, we will arrange to do the Craft a New one for you Absolutely Free within 60 days. Failing to respond or provide the information required within the time period will be treated as an item received in good condition.

-A 30% restocking fee is charged on all refunds.

-All sales items are final. Products can be exchanged only one time within the 30 days of purchase -The products must be returned in new, resalable condition. -You must include all packaging materials.

-You must pay for any return shipping expense. We recommend using standard shipping under the United States Postal Service to return the item due to our PO Box return location that only accepts USPS mail.

-Display the order # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund. -Medallion Necklace will replace defective items up to 1times. If the replacement item is defective then Medallion Necklace requires that the item be sent back and we will refund your original order.

We Do not issue the refund if:

-Your order does not meet your expectation due to factors within your control (e.g. sending wrong product information to seller due to type error, select the wrong font, choosing wrong size and metal color)

-Your order does not meet your expectation due to lightning and screen display -Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (providing the wrong recipient’s name, wrong address, etc)

-Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. order delayed by the shipping company, delayed by a natural disaster, item not cleared by customs). -All the non-quality problems of customized items are not refundable (Rough Handling Delicate Item upon receiving the parcel)

Sale items can be returned for exchange / store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items.

DUTIES & Taxes

We ship to over 220+ countries worldwide! When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so, a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the total order including original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Normal customs clearance is 1 business day.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.

Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they abandon or return it to the sender.

Please note that orders subject to any sales promotion will be taxed at the true commercial value rather than the 100% discount of the item(s).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico may require additional payment and shipping time.

• Store credit may be issued for items out of stock. Refunds for out of stock items will be issued upon request.

• In the event that your order cannot be shipped, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representative.

• Orders will be processed within 2 business days. Medallion Necklace is closed on weekends and all major holidays.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order is shipped.

• Medallion Neckalce reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either USPS, CanadaPost or DHL, UPS, FedEx 6 Ice is not liable for lost packages.
